Good morning
We arrived last wednesday here in Arequipa about 1:30 pm. Filled our 6 gallon water jug with tap water, dropped in 1/2 water tablet and took a 4 hour nap.
Going from 650 feet to 8000 in a few hours is an ajustment for my 71 years. But it takes about 30 days for our bodies to step up the red corpusles to proper level.
Right now I am drinking a cup of 1/2 Peruvian coffee and Peru Tea with local honey eating stone oven baked bread just baked and still hot ! God does have fine little blessings as we all walk along His path set for each of us.
In 20 minutes I will fire up the gassed 250 Kawasaki and head up to 11,000 to cross a few ridges and drop into Yalaca alley to visit the Brothers there. Beautiful sunny day here 65 in the backyard and 50 up high Should be near 55 when I get up there.
