I got this from a customer yesterday,
""" I had ordered the 1.4โ long 450 gr Gibbs paper patch (1:20 alloy I believe) bullet last fall. I weigh every bullet and your weights are as consistent as swaged bullets I have purchased. I appreciate that."""
OK so I am strutting a little bit. According to the experts this should not be so. According to those same experts swaged bullets are much more consistent because swaging eliminates the internal voids that casting introduces. Yea I'm strutting!

Be careful doing all that strutting, it being doing up in your part of the world a bigger Tom might try to grab you or worse yet a bunch of hens! Youโre so ruggedly handsome anyhow!๐

No Sir re , I am the big tom !!! This might sound a bit over the top in my strutting but recently someone suggested that I might be the best in the world at what I do. That may not have been meant as a compliment because I may be the only one in the world that does what I do. I had to ponder that a bit before I came to the conclusion that they may well be right. I don't think there is any other custom casting service that offers the choices we offer and I dont mean just in design selection I mean across the board with design, diameters, lubes, alloys and what ever else we can offer to satisfy our customers including as this man pointed out quality. Best in the world! I may have to add on another room just to house my head!

Iโd love to be able to see your new shop one day and see how things have progressed over the last thirty years! You did it though my friend! All those long hours of research, searching for molds and the right materials has truly put you on top, Iโm very proud of you and you should strut and be proud of yourself for awhile as well!!! Congrats!!!

Rob your stroking me. OK what bullets do you want, kidding. Thank you for your vote of confidence. I'll have to try the cool rag so I can get back down to earth and fill some orders. And Rob you know your always welcome here. Mama probably wouldn't even notice another body at the dinner table. Be warned though never reach for the last piece of elk steak.

I also have been very pleased with everything that I have ordered & used, even tho the .45-70's seem to have a component that avoids white tail deer. They go straight to paper targets, so, maybe, just maybe, I have something to do with that. I have showed other shooters examples of Daniel's casting skills, & all have said that they look very nice. Dave Gullo from Buffalo Arms in Idaho, even told me that they looked very good, so, I gave him 3 different .459 samples to take home. He told me that if he ever needs another supplier for his business, he would consider the Bullshop.

Gary you know I love you and would never deliberately do something to hurt your feelings but I have to say that I think Dave is just being polite in accepting your offerings but not taking you seriously. Thats OK too because I get the same thing. Dave and people like him will not pay attention unless there is a big splash that grabs it something like winning a big BPC shooting event and leaving the competition in the dust. That is what gets their attention. Lacking that they just blow us off. Thats ok too because it gives the underdog that does pay attention an edge over the sheep. There is no doubt that our BP lube is superior to the one the sheep accept as best but that is what makes the game interesting with someone breaking ranks and trying something out side the norm and doing well enough to capture the attention of the sheep herd. Lacking the perfect combination of gun writer advertising and able competitor our BP lube is slowly proving itself. I think that if I had not had 9 children to provide for that in competition I could have proven the superiority of our products but without regret I focused my attention on raising the children God gave us rather than trying to focus my attention on advancing our products in the market. The good news is that god is good for his word and that is what I leaned on rather than the distractions of the world. No regrets for my choices either because we are getting through this life at a comfort level we can accept knowing that our reward is not expected here in this life in the flesh. I do want to say thank you Gary for enough faith in our products to go to what are accepted as the leaders in not only the competition but also the industry and in a way say to them , " open your eyes there is something better "" Thank you Gary I admire your bravery!
